Director Roman Gabria about the play:
I wrote the poem in verse “Jeanne,” about Joan of Arc, who had long interested me, directly within the walls of the TBDT during the pandemic in 2020.
It is a great joy for me to stage this performance at the Tyumen Bolshoi Drama Theatre, with which I have associated a huge number of minutes of genuine creative happiness.

Jeanne has long been a myth about the “maid of Orleans”, the mystery of whose life and death will endlessly excite all forms of art.

Our Zhanna lives in multi-time, as if locked in the plot of her own fate. Attempts to get out of which turn into theater, poetry, and monologue.
